Our Lawyers
LEN McKEERING LL.B, LL.M, FQSN
Len is the Principal of our firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 1995 and a Master of Laws in 1999 both from the Queensland University of Technology. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 16 June 1997 and of the High Court of Australia on 10 December 1997. He was admitted as a Notary Public on 25 October 2007. He commenced employment with the firm in 1995 and has been a principal of the firm since 2001. He is a member of the Queensland Law Society, a Fellow of The Society of Society of Notaries of Queensland and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. Len is married with 3 adult children.
Greg Down LL.B, Grad. Dip. L. P.
Greg is a Consultant to the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice both from the Queensland University of Technology. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 21 November 1988 and of the High Court of Australia on 18 January 1989. He commenced employment with the firm in 1991, was a principal of the firm from 1997 to 2025 and has been a Consultant to the firm since 1 July 2025. Greg is married with two adult children and two grandchildren.
